For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: ~Isaiah 44:3

Amazingly, because this is how our God works, the last sermon of the conference spoke of being consecrated unto God and describing the prayer mantels the Jews used to wear, and what it was like for the woman who touched the hem of His garment to be healed.  It was perfect timing for me.

I may not have much time today, but I just wanted to post quickly that I have been seeking God with all my heart lately and this weekend, after my car accident and worshiping Him even when I didn’t have all my answers yet, God gave me SO MUCH.  I’ve been driving around in the cutest little ride because it was the only car in the lot and my insurance is paying for most of it, I secretly told Jesus that I wished one guy would speak with me and he stopped me to say hello, and to even make the last sermon speak of touching the hem of His garment when that was essentially what I was praying the whole time I was driving to the conference… “Jesus I just need to touch the hem of Your garment, I just need a touch of You” floors me.

THIS is the God I serve! This God I serve even makes little things happen just to make me smile!!!! I love this God- Jesus! He is the one and only true God.  His name is above all names! In the midst of the storm He gives us wonderful blessings to show us that He is with us and is going to keep us until it is over.  If we just get in touch with Him, truly get to Him, He speaks peace to our storms 🙂

Thank You Jesus for the abdunant life You have set before me! Thank You Jesus that You love me beyond measure! Thank You Jesus that there is none like You and Your name is above all names.  Thank You that in Your name, Jesus, we are saved.  Thank You Jesus for You are good!!!

2/6/12 UPDATE: I found out last night that not only is the car amazingly cute, but it also is 4 wheel drive!!! this means that not only does it look awesome, but it also is safer than my own car!!! God is soooo good to go truly above and beyond for those who have sought Him with all their heart! 🙂
