1 Peter 5:10
And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.
With my boards quickly approaching I’ve hit the “study like crazy” mode which means… MUSIC! It’s one of the things that helps me get through my many practice questions without wanting to gouge my eyes out. This song was playing when I was trying to find inspiration for a blog post and it fits so perfectly to my life right now.
This life that I have is by His grace. I am forgive of my past sins because of His grace. His grace helps me get through my days and I have been so blessed with such unique experiences. From being on a helicopter that located a downed pilot during a search and rescue, to driving past torch bearers, to more this God of ours is giving me such amazing experiences that I NEVER thought I would be experiencing! We recently had two hits today on posts from my past (My Rereward and Don’t Miss Your Miracle) and so I decided to reread them and it really brought me back to how far God has been bringing me along this path. Amazing, wonderful, sweet Jesus. Oh how I truly, truly do love Him for all that He has done for me. I never knew just how deep it could go before everything that happened in my past but now here I am, just one year away from being a doctor and perhaps on the cusp of a new relationship in the next few weeks/months and God is so good! Will things pan out for sure in any aspect of my life? Only He knows. All that I know is that this Jesus has and will catch me when my life falls apart. This Jesus and His Grace really do perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish us.
Thank You Jesus for all that You are and Your unending, wonderful grace. I love You Jesus with all my heart.
