Excellent article. Speaks of the Awesome God of grace and mercy He is indeed The Almighty.
I love your idea to read through others materials and delve into books and movies that inspire people. It’s really great to see people that are willing to walk with others and hear their stories.

I LOVE your posts. I was trying to send a message but I have no idea how on this. I’m kind of new to the blog thing lol. I know you don’t know me, but one of your posts really got me. It was the one where you talked about how you prayed for a certain person and you could see the walls being crumbled down by the angels. I love that! I’ve been trying to get deeper into prayer and every time I do, I start to get lazy and stop doing it as much, but reading that encouraged me. Anyways, I’m just blabbing on now.. I just wanted to let you know that and I hope God keeps using you for his marvelous glory
Hi! Thanks for the encouraging words and I’m glad that it encouraged you! Yeah I feel like there’s always that little speed bump when it comes to prayer and deepening your prayer life…wanting to stop or being distracted. But if you can stick it out it gets easier, and God does start giving you the words and guiding it. Our prayers matter! He hears and answers! There’s something so cool about that. ๐
I’m from Taiwan,

My family is originally from Taipei as well and I have visited a few times in my life ๐ it is wonderful that you are sharing your faith in an area where “little temples” (as I call all the alters scattered EVERYWHERE) abound to so many different gods and spirits. One of the other writers on the blog, Rebekah L, has been there as well before ๐
God bless you in reaching those in your city- you never know, maybe one of them will be a cousin or family member of mine that my family here in america has been praying for for YEARS ๐

Yep, many temples, gods and spirits on the Island,
this is so sorrow in Lord, and this is challenge for Taiwanese christian;
I think Taiwanese christian is young, maybe gospel of Christ over 150 years on Taiwan, but knowledge of God not enough,
therefore Taiwanese christian’s way is hard, he none persecute same Peter, Paul, John, but have many lure in his life.
so, we need power of God in the life,
and His Word keep us near Him,
thanks God, He is true and live, He indeed keep us,
environment is hard, but His Will over everything,
this our storys in Lord.
Emanuel

I have a couple of Christian friends in Taiwan and it is certainly very challenging for them. I am encouraged when Christians such as yourself are willing to stand on the Truth of God’s Word during challenging times and in difficult places. All Christians face trials and temptations, but it must be especially difficult in a place where so many other gods are worshiped. When I was there I could feel the spiritual heaviness on the Island. Oh how God wants Taiwanese to know Him! To truly know Him and love Him as He loves them! I pray for Taiwan almost daily. I pray for the lost souls there to know God and I pray for Christians there to be strong in the Lord and bold witnesses for Him. Remember that you are the light of Christ on that island and to all those you come in contact with. God has given you power through the name of Jesus to live victoriously in Him! May others see your light and come to know Him through it! ่ฎ็พไธป๏ผ็ฅ็ฆไฝ ๏ผ
